About MTC

Since 1995 our company has focused on delivering quality solutions for our clients and we have worked with more than 8,500 providers and 700 healthcare facilities. MTC is located in Plainfield, Indiana (a suburb of Indianapolis). Telephone, digital (email/text) and print survey services are conducted in-house. Bilingual agents who are fluent in English and Spanish are present on all shifts when our live operator and our hybrid live operator/IVR survey modalities are utilized.

MTC has no debt, no venture capitalist overhead and every one of our key staff and managers have been with the company for more than 10 years.
